Abstract:

本发明公开了致密、小晶粒尺寸纳米晶WC-Co硬质合金块体材料的制备方法,属于新材料和新型粉末冶金技术领域。将球磨细化处理后的晶粒长大抑制剂VC粉末颗粒与纳米WC-Co复合粉进行混合球磨,制得成分分布均匀、分散性良好的纳米WC-Co-VC混合粉末;最后,利用放电等离子烧结技术,将纳米WC-Co-VC混合粉末进行快速烧结致密化,应用初期超快速加热、放气后加压、降低烧结温度、分阶段短时保温等环节构成的新的工艺路线,最终获得致密、小晶粒尺寸的纳米晶WC-Co硬质合金块体材料。本发明制备得到的纳米晶硬质合金块体材料具有物相纯净、致密、WC晶粒尺寸小等优点,具有工艺步骤简单、流程短、节能环保等突出优势。
