Abstract:

一种高效异丁烷氧化脱氢制异丁烯的CrOx/介孔CaO催化剂及其制备方法属于催化领域。现有丁烷氧化脱氢制异丁烯催化剂存在异丁烯选择性低等问题。本发明所提供的催化剂是以介孔CaO为载体,以CrOx为活性组分,x为1-3;其中,活性组分CrOx的负载量以Cr2O3的质量百分含量计为4-12%。本发明通过将可溶性铬盐溶于无水乙醇后加入介孔CaO载体中搅拌均匀,并于120℃干燥12小时,得到白色固体粉末;再将其于马弗炉中,在空气气氛下以1℃/min的速率升温至550℃并恒温灼烧3小时,得到CrOx/介孔CaO催化剂。本发明所制备的CrOx/介孔CaO催化剂对异丁烯选择性高且活性高,成本低,操作简便。
