Abstract:

本实用新型公开了一种微纳陶瓷粒子激光强化的截齿,属于激光加工技术领域。包括硬质合金头、固定销、强化层、齿座及齿杆,齿座带有与硬质合金头相配合的齿槽,圆柱锥体的硬质合金头镶嵌在齿槽内,硬质合金头的底端外圆面加工有环形凹槽,齿座通过固定销插入环形凹槽内与固定硬质合金头,强化层位于齿座锥体外表面,强化层与齿座之间为冶金结合,强化层将固定销焊合在齿座内,齿座与齿杆为整体结构。本实用新型提高了采煤机截齿的使用寿命,克服钎焊层的失效问题、高性能涂层制备过程中的裂纹问题以及粉末颗粒分布不均或团聚的问题。
