Abstract:

一种碳载纳米CoFe负极材料及其制备方法,属于锂离子电池负极材料领域。材料由无序碳和纳米CoFe合金组成,纳米CoFe合金嵌入负载在无序碳中。其制备方法,将摩尔比1∶1的酞菁钴和酞菁铁、吡嗪和表面活性剂混合后溶解在有机溶剂N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中热聚合,接下来将聚合产物在氩气气氛下热处理,从而得到一种碳载纳米CoFe材料。本发明制备的无定形碳载纳米CoFe材料作为锂离子电池负极材料具有高比容量,良好的循环稳定性,安全性和倍率性能。
