Abstract：
本发明公开了一种利用振动信号分析方法无法有效解决的间歇性大型低速重载生产设备状态监测和故障诊断的方法，是通过对设备所用润滑油液(脂)的理化指标检测和光谱、铁谱分析，对间歇性大型低速重载设备进行状态监测和故障分析诊断的技术方法。本发明提供低速重载设备早期磨损故障诊断和维修方案，提高企业对低速重载设备润滑状态监测准确率和润滑油(脂)使用管理水平，节约维修费用，延长设备使用寿命，创造更大的生产价值。
