Abstract:
一种通过控制泵浦光特性实现亚纳秒调Q输出的激光器,属于全固态激光技术领域。它包含了沿光的传播方向依次设置的泵浦源,光纤耦合装置,后腔镜,激光增益介质,电光调Q元件,耦合输出镜,其中后腔镜、激光增益介质、电光调Q元件和耦合输出镜组成谐振腔。所述的泵浦源为半导体激光器,输出π向偏振的泵浦光。所述谐振腔长度小于30mm。所述激光增益介质为具有线偏振吸收特性的Nd : YVO4晶体,所述激光增益介质的输出端面沿a轴切割成布儒斯特角,所述激光增益介质的泵浦端通光面镀膜作为后腔镜。本激光器具有结构简单紧凑、易于模块化生产、输出脉冲稳定性高等优点。
