Abstract:

一种聚丙烯腈超滤膜表面水解的方法属于膜分离技术领域。传统的浸泡法易使膜内外表面及膜孔内均发生水解反应,导致膜的机械强度和膜通量严重下降。本发明通过如下技术方案实现聚丙烯腈超滤膜的表面水解:膜孔内填充过渡溶剂乙醇;用填充溶剂环己烷置换乙醇;使膜的单面与碱溶液相接触水解;用乙醇置换膜孔内的环己烷;用水置换膜孔内的乙醇。采用本发明所提供的方法对聚丙烯腈超滤膜进行改性时,水解反应只发生在膜的表面,膜孔内不反生水解反应,从而提高聚丙烯腈超滤膜的抗污染性和生物相容性的同时保了证膜的机械强度和膜通量。
