Abstract:

一种聚合物改性水泥基修补材料属于土木工程领域。现有混凝土修补材料存在修补效果差,成本高等问题。本发明所提供的聚合物改性水泥基修补材料的组分及其重量配比为:硅酸盐水泥100份、高炉矿渣粉43~47份、硅灰2.2~4.6份、砂435~455份、二甲基羟基硅油乳液21~24份、水55~68份、减水剂0~1份。本发明修补材料具有较高的抗压强度、抗折强度和粘接强度、较强的抗渗性能、较合理的孔结构、较好的保水性及野外施工性能,可有效阻止水分和其它化学侵蚀物的侵入及病害的进一步发展,从而延长修补材料和结构物的使用寿命。
