Abstract:

本发明涉及一种提高棒状Nd : YAG晶体激光器线偏振光输出功率的装置及方法。本方法通过使用半导体激光器侧面泵浦[100]方向切割的Nd : YAG晶体棒,相比于传统的[111]方向切割的Nd : YAG晶体棒,并配合适当的线偏振方向,提高了线偏振光的输出能量。本发明方法可以广泛用于全固态棒状Nd : YAG激光器中,能够保证其具有高线偏振光功率、低热退偏损耗、操作简单、易于工程应用等特点。
