Abstract:

本发明公开了一种增大CH4和N2分离因子的分子筛改性方法,属于分子筛技术领域。方法是:将Naβ型分子筛浸渍于一定浓度的H2SO4,H3BO3和NH4NO3的水溶液中,经过滤,干燥,灼烧,即得到酸改性的A/H-Naβ型分子筛。相对于Naβ型分子筛,本发明A/H-Naβ型分子筛对CH4气体具有优异的吸附选择性及显著的CH4和N2分离效果。其中,NH4NO3改性的β型分子筛对CH4气体的吸附能力最强。改性的分子筛在提高CH4气体吸附量的同时降低分子筛对N2的吸附能力,从而提高CH4和N2的分离因子,实现对CH4和N2两种气体的分离富集。
