本发明公开了一种p型(Bi0.25Sb0.75)2Te3/CeyFe4Sb12(y=0.8-1.2)基块体梯度热电材料及其制备方法,属于半导体热电材料技术领域。热电材料包括低温层和中温层,低温层成分为(Bi0.25Sb0.75)2Te3,中温层成分为CeyFe4Sb12(y=0.8-1.2)。制备方法,首先按化学式制备CeyFe4Sb12块体,然后制备(Bi0.25Sb0.75)2Te3粉末,将CeyFe4Sb12块体置于石墨模具中,在其上平铺过渡层或(Bi0.25Sb0.75)2Te3粉末,置于SPS烧结炉烧结。本发明热电材料界面洁净,结合强度高,可应用于中、低温区废气、废热发电领域。
