Abstract:

本实用新型属于结构减震控制技术领域,涉及到一种低屈服点金属-粘弹复合阻尼器,上下盖板3与滑动钢板5、中间钢板4与滑动钢板5之间填充粘弹性材料2,粘弹性材料2与上下盖板3、中间钢板4、滑动钢板5硫化连接,低屈服点金属块1镶嵌于中间钢板4上下表面对称位置开设的凹槽内,并与粘弹性材料2硫化粘结,螺栓6穿过上下盖板3和中间钢板4,通过锁紧螺母7固定盖板3、中间钢板4并压紧低屈服点金属1、粘弹性材料2和滑动钢板5。本实用新型利用低屈服点金属和粘弹性材料两种材料同时耗能,提高了阻尼器耗能减震能力,改善了金属阻尼器小中震下的耗能效果,减小了阻尼器占用空间,布设位置灵活,取材经济,实用性较强。
