Abstract：
一种Zn-Mg镁合金钎焊钎料属于镁合金焊接连接技术领域。本发明所提供的Zn-Mg镁合金钎焊钎料的化学成分及其质量百分比为：Mg：4～8％，佘量为Zn。本发明所提供的Zn-Mg镁合金钎焊钎料的熔化温度范围为365～396℃，钎焊温度为420～450℃，可适用于固相线温度在450℃以上的镁合金的钎焊。使用该钎料在高频感应钎焊的方式下钎焊AZ31B镁合金，钎焊搭接接头抗剪强度在38～43MPa之间，钎焊对接接头抗拉强度在52～53MPa之间。
