Abstract:
一种实现(Ta2O5)1-x(TiO2)x基陶瓷介电温度系数热补偿的方法属于陶瓷材料制备领域。采用引入新组元调节介电温度系数的方法造成杂质污染的同时影响材料的其他介电性能。本发明通过采用二氧化碳激光器作为热源原位直接烧结(Ta2O5)1-x(TiO2)x基陶瓷坯体后,0.35≤X≤0.6,再于氧气氛中退火调节介电温度系数,烧结工艺参数为:将激光功率密度在10-30s内从初值10-30W/cm2提高至500-800W/cm2,烧结10-30s后,再于10-60s内降到初值;退火温度750-1100℃,0.1-0.5MPa的氧气氛,退火时间6-10小时。本发明方法简单易行,实现无污染调和。
