Abstract:

一种提高YBCO超导薄膜生产效率及膜厚的制备工艺属于高温涂层超导材料制备技术领域。现有的传统TFA-MOD工艺制备YBCO薄膜低温预处理时间过长生产效率低下。在本发明所提供的薄膜制备工艺中,前驱盐三氟乙酸铜为丙烯酸铜所取代,并且在前驱溶液中引入添加剂二乙醇胺。在低温预烧过程中,待在280℃保温0.5小时二乙醇胺完全分解后,前驱膜在湿氧气氛下进行分解直至400℃。最后于湿Ar/O2混合气氛中750-850℃高温烧结得到YBCO薄膜。通过此工艺制备的YBCO薄膜晶粒取向优良,有效提高了YBCO超导薄膜的生产效率及环保性,更具应用前景。
