Abstract:

本发明公开了一种制备可循环应用的高性能聚酰胺液晶与尼龙复合材料的制备方法。其复合材料的组成为:以所有组分重量份数之和为100份计,尼龙98~80份,聚酰胺液晶2~20份,制备方法为将充分干燥的尼龙、聚酰胺液晶按照比例在常温下混合均匀,经双螺杆挤出机,在220℃~250℃温度下,熔融、挤出、牵引、造粒,制得增韧尼龙共混物。本发明的尼龙与高分子液晶高性能复合材料的拉伸强度可达65.3MPa,杨氏模量可达1.65GPa,断裂伸长率可达169%。将复合材料多次粉碎,重新加工,再制备出的复合材料性能仍然优异。本发明的这种新型复合材料制备操作简便、共混物综合性能好、可以回收,循环应用。
