Abstract:

球状、蝴蝶结状和八面体状多晶Ce0.6Zr0.3Y0.1O2微米粒子制备方法属于固溶体制备领域。采用传统制备方法难以得到微米球状、微米蝴蝶结状和八面体状形貌的Ce0.6Zr0.3Y0.1O2固溶体。本方法采用成本较低的硬模板剂,通过溶胶一凝胶处理并再经水热过程制得Ce0.6Zr0.3Y0.1O2前驱体,然后灼烧得到多晶Ce0.6Zr0.3Y0.1O2微米球状、微米蝴蝶结状和八面体状固溶体粒子,其中微米球状粒子的直径约为20~50μm,微米蝴蝶结状粒子的长度约为5~10μm,八面体状粒子的边长和棱长大约为200nm~2μm。本发明在多相催化、氧储存与释放、固体燃料电池等领域具有广泛应用潜能。
