Abstract:

一种多元复合稀土钨电极材料,在钨金属基体中添加稀土氧化物制成。钨金属基体的重量百分比是95~98%,稀土氧化物的重量百分比是2.0~5.0%。其制备方法为:将钨基体粉末称取配比重量倒入掺杂锅中,并加入去离子水搅拌得到均匀的悬浊液;将硝酸镧、硝酸铈、硝酸铼和硝酸铒称取配比要求重量并配成溶液,加入到悬浊液中搅拌均匀,加热干燥获得混合合金粉末;将混合合金粉末经过两次氢气还原制成稀土钨复合粉末,经压型、预烧结,垂熔烧结,旋锻加工成各种规格的氩弧焊电极。本发明的焊接性能良好、为绿色环保型电极材料、电极起弧和保持性好,并且加热和冷却迅速,可以精确控制对焊件的热输入和熔池尺寸。
