Abstract:

本实用新型涉及一种制造稀土纳米颗粒及纳米晶块体材料的设备,其特征在于:依次包括惰性气体保护的稀土金属蒸发冷凝机构,带有纳米颗粒收集密封罐的纳米粉末捕集机构,带有专用机械传递机构的纳米颗粒传递机构,纳米颗粒预处理机构,纳米晶块体材料烧结成型机构,各机构连接采用可开关的挡板结构;各机构均配有独立的用于抽真空的真空泵和通入惰性气氛保护的气瓶;蒸发冷凝机构和捕集机构还配有使机构内部气体流动的鼓风机;捕集机构,传递机构,预处理机构,烧结成型机构分别置入四个充有惰性保护气氛的手套箱中。本实用新型制备的纳米晶块体材料与原始粗晶态材料相比,在物理性能和力学性能上显著优化,在先进结构材料和功能材料中有应用价值。
