Abstract:

本实用新型涉及一种金属材料疲劳早期损伤非线性超声在线检测装置,属于无损检测领域。单用非线性超声方法对疲劳早期损伤进行检测,容易出现误判。声发射技术不能检测金属材料早期疲劳损伤情况。该装置包括非线性超声检测模块和声发射监测模块;非线性超声检测模块依次包括有任意函数发生器、功率放大器、高能低通滤波器、被测试件、分别安装在被测试件两侧的激励传感器和接收传感器、示波器和计算机;声发射监测模块包括有安装在被测试件一侧的声发射传感器、声发射前置放大器、声发射仪;声发射仪也连接上述计算机。本实用新型在非线性超声无损检测的基础上引入声发射技术在检测金属材料的早期疲劳损伤时不会出现误判;实现了连续在线检测。
