Abstract:

一种控制电铸镍钨合金成分和表面缺陷的方法,属于纳微米晶块体材料制备技术领域。本发明当采用下述电铸液组成和工艺参数电铸制备镍钨合金时,用醋酸或氨水调节电铸液的pH值;电铸液的组成为:硫酸镍160~350g/L,钨酸钠80~320g/L,柠檬酸40~160g/L,柠檬酸三钠40~160g/L,氯化镍10~50g/L,硼酸16~60g/L,糖精1~8g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠0.1~0.6g/L;电铸工艺参数为:pH值3.5~6.5,电流密度1~12A/dm2,温度50~70℃,电铸15-30小时。本发明的优点在于可直接获得厚度为2~3cm的整体成型电铸件,且合金中的含钨量可以控制,并且电铸件无麻点、针孔、积瘤等表面缺陷。
