Abstract:

聚电解质复合物膜的电场强化组装方法及装置属于膜分离技术领域。现有的层层静电吸附自组装法常常需要复合50~60层才能获得较好的膜性能,制膜程序复杂,周期长,且对膜结构的可调控性较差。所述的聚电解质复合物膜的电场强化组装方法及装置,在支撑体的两侧引入直流电场,在静态吸附或动态过滤聚离子溶液的过程中,通过外加电场力力强化聚离子与基底结合,实现多层膜的组装并调控膜结构的有序性和规整性。电场强化组装复合膜前后的渗透汽化测试表明,复合膜分离因子提高,而原子力显微镜测试表明在电场强化作用下,膜表面趋于平整,复合膜的规整性和有序性提高。
