Abstract:

本发明是一种瓦级980nm单模掺镱光纤激光器与其倍频系统的组合装 置。Nd : YAG固体激光器泵浦源采用折叠式泵浦方式入射到单模掺镱光纤中, 光纤激光器的谐振腔是整个单模掺镱光纤,单模掺镱光纤的两0度角光纤端 面作为谐振腔的腔镜,通过合理选择光纤长度来抑制四能级起振和实现980nm 激光的最大输出,使用倍频晶体BIBO对980nm激光进行倍频获得490.8nm的 蓝光。通过这套结构简单,操作方便的系统实现了瓦级单模980nm激光输出, 倍频后获得了15mW的490.8nm蓝光。这种980nm单模掺镱光纤激光器可作为 掺铒光纤放大器的泵浦光源,广泛应用于通信。倍频后获得的490.8nm蓝光 可应用于海底通信,海洋资源探测。
