Abstract:

一种在环境扫描电镜中原位生长磷酸二氢钾单晶体的方法属于材料学 科领域。本发明应用ESEM的可控真空环境和变温条件,原位生长KDP单晶 体,同时原位观测KDP的溶解和生长过程。本发明通过控制ESEM样品室内 的水蒸气压力、相对湿度及样品台的温度,由KDP多晶粉末制备出KDP单 晶体:溶解KDP多晶粉末的压力为600-670Pa,温度为-1-1℃,φ≈100 %;生长KDP单晶体的压力为600-650Pa、温度为1-2.2℃,φ≈91-95 %。本发明方法还适用于生长其它水溶性晶体,并为动态研究水溶性晶体 的微观形貌特征,生长机理,水湿环境对水溶性晶体的影响等基础问题提 供了方法和条件。
