Abstract:

梯度球磨制备锂离子电池阳极材料的方法属于锂离子电池材料领域。传 统的二次锂离子电池阳极材料为层状石墨,存在高能耗、短路,过热,燃烧 甚至爆炸等问题。本发明将九水硝酸铁和偏钒酸铵混合,置于球磨罐中,加 入丙酮和钢球,密封,偏钒酸铵的质量百分比为10.0%-20.0%;以每分钟 400-600转的转速高速球磨4-6小时,然后用丙酮清洗,抽滤,烘干;得到的 粉末在体积比2∶8的高纯氢氩混合气的保护气氛下在500℃-700℃灼烧12-15 小时;冷却后的晶状粉末直接放入干燥的球磨罐中,每分钟100-200转的转 速球磨1-2小时。该材料的电池比容量高,循环性能稳定,安全可靠;适合 大规模工业生产。
