一种高铬耐磨铸铁磨片及其制造方法,属于造纸技术领域。其化学成分 是(重量%):2.0-3.5 C,22.0-28.0 Cr,1.5-2.5 Mn,<1.0 Si,0.25-0.60 W,0.03-0.12 Nb,0.01-0.04 Ta,0.10-0.25 V,0.08-0.15 Ti,0.05-0.20 RE,0.02-0.10 B,0.04-0.10 Mg,其余为Fe和不可避免的微量杂质。本发明磨片利用电炉便可生产,覆膜 砂型铸造,磨片组织细小,强度高、韧性好,具有良好的耐磨性和耐蚀性。 磨片生产工艺简单,成本低廉,主要原材料是铬铁,并加入廉价的钨渣铁合 金和钒渣铁合金作为辅助合金元素。使用本发明磨片,可提高磨浆机生产效 率,降低磨浆成本,改善成品纸的物理性能,具有良好的经济和社会效益。
