Abstract:

一种锂离子电池正极材料LiNi1-xCoxO2的制备方法属于电池材料制备技 术领域。包括以下步骤:首先根据所制备的锂离子电池正极材料的分子式, 以相应摩尔比称取原料,然后配制成0.1~1mol/L的Li-Ni-Co澄清混合盐溶液, 将配制好的混合盐溶液分散在液氮中预冻,再将预冻后的冻结物置于冻干机 中进行真空干燥得到前驱体,最后在氧气气氛下,对冻干的前驱体实行三段 煅烧,即得超微锂离子电池正极材料LiNi1-xCoxO2。本发明工艺流程简单,煅烧 温度低,煅烧时间短,且制得的粉末团聚少、形貌均匀,粒度为100nm~ 350nm,具有良好的电化学性能。
