Abstract:

本实用新型是一种瓦级980nm单模掺镱光纤激光器及其倍频系统。 Nd : YAG固体激光器泵浦源采用折叠式泵浦方式入射到单模掺镱光纤中,光纤 激光器的谐振腔是整个单模掺镱光纤,单模掺镱光纤的两0度角光纤端面作 为谐振腔的腔镜,通过合理选择光纤长度来抑制四能级起振和实现980nm激 光的最大输出,使用倍频晶体BIBO对980nm激光进行倍频获得490.8nm的蓝 光。通过本系统实现了瓦级单模980nm激光输出,倍频后获得了15mW的 490.8nm蓝光。这种980nm单模掺镱光纤激光器可作为掺铒光纤放大器的泵浦 光源,广泛应用于通信。倍频后获得的490.8nm蓝光可应用于海底通信,海 洋资源探测。
