Abstract:

镁热还原制备氮化硼纳米管的方法属于无机纳米材料领域。现有制备氮化硼纳米管的方法存在产率低、成本高等问题。本发明通过1)在氩气保护下,将氧化硼、镁和亚铁盐按摩尔比1∶1~3∶0.01~0.1研磨混合后过筛;2)氩气保护下加热过筛后的混合物,在900~1200℃时,关闭氩气并通入氨气,待温度达到1200~1600℃时,恒温1~5小时;3)温度降至室温后,用硝酸浸泡所得产物除去杂质,得到氮化硼纳米管。本发明方法具有工艺简单,反应易于控制和放大,成本低、产率高,所制备的氮化硼纳米管尺寸均匀,纯度高等优点。
