Abstract：
镁热还原制备氮化硼纳米管的方法属于无机纳米材料领域。现有制备氮化硼纳米管的方法存在产率低、成本高等问题。本发明通过1)在氩气保护下，将氧化硼、镁和亚铁盐按摩尔比1∶1～3∶0.01～0.1研磨混合后过筛；2)氩气保护下加热过筛后的混合物，在900～1200℃时，关闭氩气并通入氨气，待温度达到1200～1600℃时，恒温1～5小时；3)温度降至室温后，用硝酸浸泡所得产物除去杂质，得到氮化硼纳米管。本发明方法具有工艺简单，反应易于控制和放大，成本低、产率高，所制备的氮化硼纳米管尺寸均匀，纯度高等优点。
