Abstract：
一种含稀土的镁合金中温钎料及其制备方法属于镁合金连接材料的制造技术领域。现有镁合金钎料及其制备中存在成本高、熔点高、工艺性能不佳等问题。本发明所提供的含稀土的镁合金中温钎料的组分及其重量百分比为：Al：2－10％、Zn：40－55％、Mg：38－50％和Nd：0.1－2％。本发明通过熔炼Mg、Al、Zn和Mg－Nd中间合金并浇铸制得含稀土的镁合金中温钎料。本发明钎料具有制备简单，成本低，熔化温度低，钎焊工艺性能优良等优点。
