Abstract:

本发明属于气态污染物控制领域。该装置由过滤器(1)和自光极化等离子体反应器(2)串联组成;气体管道(4)连接过滤器(1),过滤器(1)内设过滤筒(5),再通过气体管道连接自光极化等离子体反应器(2);自光极化等离子体反应器为管-线式结构,内部轴线位置放置放电极(9),放电极通过高压电线(15)与高压电源(3)相连;反应器壳体(12)外部为外电极(10),外电极通过接地电线(16)接地;自光极化等离子体反应器内部密封镀有纳米TiO2光催化剂薄膜的填料(13),自光极化等离子体反应器尾部连接气体管道(4)。本发明促进了光催化反应的进行,提高了气态污染物净化效果,较一般的低温等离子体反应器降解效果更好,更完全。
