Abstract:

本发明涉及一种仿生催化氧气氧化邻硝基甲苯制备邻硝基苯甲酸的方法。该方法是以邻硝基甲苯为原料,选用金属酞菁、单核金属卟啉或μ-氧双核金属卟啉作为催化剂,催化剂的用量为邻硝基甲苯重量的0.01~1.0%,以含乙醇50~95%体积的乙醇水溶液为溶剂,在1.0~6.0mol/L强碱性乙醇水溶液中,通入0.8~3.0MPa的氧气,控制反应温度为35~55℃,反应时间2~14h,得到邻硝基苯甲酸。本发明方法不仅毒性小、操作安全、收率高、成本低且工艺简单,而且其产物收率均高于目前文献报道的数据。
