Abstract:

本发明属于环境检测与分析领域,用于污水、再生水中痕量、多种同分异构体有机污染物总量的检测。包括污水或再生水等复杂基体中痕量壬基酚的提取、富集方法;壬基酚各种同分异构体混合组分的定量检测,特征在于,包括以下步骤:选择亲水-亲脂平衡固相萃取柱,其填料为可浸润型反相吸附剂;SPE柱的活化,过样,干燥;洗脱:依次用丙酮、体积比1∶1丙酮和正己烷混合溶液、正己烷洗脱SPE柱,洗脱液浸入30-50℃水浴氮气吹脱浓集,定容备用;确定GC-MS参数,获得出峰时间适中、峰形尖锐、无拖尾、异构体分离度好的壬基酚色谱图;选5种特征离子107、121、135、149、163 ∑ SIM模式检测样品中壬基酚含量。本发明回收率高、重现性好、检出限低、选择性好、安全环保。
