Abstract:
一种牙科长石质生物陶瓷材料的制备方法属于烧结技术领域。该材料含有重量百分比为60.43~70%的SiO2,18.59~22%的Al2O3,7~18.19%的K2O,1.86~4%Na2O。该制备方法是选用一级矿物钾长石粉,加入重量百分比0~10%的K2CO3,混粉、球磨,得到粒度范围2~20μm的原粉料;在石墨模具中装入上述原粉料;将装有粉料的模具放入放电等离子烧结设备中,抽真空2~4Pa,加压20~30MPa,在50~300℃/min下快速升温,在850~1200℃下烧结,保温时间0~5min,自然冷却,得到本发明的生物陶瓷材料。该方法制得的长石质生物陶瓷材料具有透明性好,烧结致密,断裂韧性较高等特点。
