Abstract：
本发明属于电子计量技术领域，其特征在于利用Agilent86100宽带取样示波器的特性，使其产生一个激励信号，用待校准的宽带取样示波器去测量该激励信号，再用计算机对测量数据进行相应的数字信号处理。本发明可实现对带宽小于50GHz的宽带取样示波器进行包括转换时间、带宽、幅率特性、相频特性在内的全面校准。
