Abstract:

本发明属大功率固体激光器领域。现有陶瓷腔体一次成型,且釉层不含氧化钐,反射率90%,电光转换效率3%,且使输出功率受到限制。本发明步骤:制备90~110nm的氧化铝粉,用乙醇或乙醚拌成泥状,铺平模具内,每次铺设的厚度为0.8mm-1.2mm,每铺完一层均经预处理,即对氧化铝粉末加温加压,压力600-1200kg,温度500-800℃,持续时间6-10小时,总厚度为12mm-16mm完成氧化铝腔体的成形;烧结;腔体表面加工至粗糙度小于0.1mm;退火;表面上釉,釉层材料为硫酸钡并掺氧化钐,氧化钐重量百分比为1.0-1.5%,制备90~100nm的硫酸钡和氧化钐粉末,将两者混合并拌成稀泥状刷于腔体表面,厚度为0.1~0.2mm,烧结。本发明使得陶瓷腔体致密性好,泵浦均匀性好、反射率高,泵浦光转换效率高。
