Abstract:

Fe位和P位掺杂型磷酸铁锂粉体的制备方法属于电化学电源材料制备技术领域。本发明以(NH4)6Mo7O24为Mo的掺杂源,按锂盐、亚铁盐、磷酸盐和掺杂源(NH4)6Mo7O24按一定摩尔比混合成母体原料混合浆料,球磨、烘干、煅烧,得到铁位和磷位掺杂型磷酸铁锂粉体。以(NH4)6Mo7O24为Mo源掺杂,易于通过传统的固相方法实现在母体铁位和磷位的有效掺杂,显著改善材料的电化学性能,提高电池容量和循环电性能,极有实用价值,在常用锂离子二次电池和动力能源电池正极材料领域具有广泛的应用前景。
