Abstract:

本发明属于无机合成与催化科学领域,打破了先使用络合稳定剂抑制前驱物活性,再使用各种类型价格相对昂贵的表面活性剂作模板合成二氧化锆介孔分子筛的传统模式。本发明步骤:按丙醇锆∶三乙醇胺摩尔比1∶0.2~1.0,将三乙醇胺加入丙醇锆中,室温搅拌0.5~1h,配成均相溶液;按丙醇锆∶去离子水摩尔比1∶10~170将去离子水逐滴加入上述均相溶液中,用碱液调节pH值在8~11之间,室温搅拌2~12h得均相溶胶;将溶胶置于80℃~120℃烘箱中干燥12~96h得干凝胶,干凝胶研磨后转入带聚四氟乙烯衬的自压釜中80℃~180℃晶化12~96h;晶化产物放入马弗炉中以1℃/min升温至400℃~800℃焙烧2~12h,得二氧化锆介孔分子筛。本发明制备二氧化锆介孔分子筛工艺简单,成本低廉。
