Abstract：
一种合金包覆型TiB2粉末的制备方法，属于粉体表面改性领域。目前采用自蔓延高温合成(SHS)法制备的TiB2粉体粒度细小，平均粒度为＜5μm，流动性差，热喷涂工艺中送粉困难。本发明在依次对粒径小于75μm的TiB2粉体进行粗化、去杂和活化处理后，再进行化学镀镍硼包覆处理，得到镍硼合金包覆型TiB2粉末。经施镀处理的TiB2粉末表面均匀地被包覆一层Ni-B合金。采用霍尔流动性测定仪检测，包覆后的TiB2粉末的流动性好。
