Abstract:

本发明属磁性材料领域。目前永磁材料多为薄带或者粉末,传统烧结工艺制备块体材料会造成晶粒长大,从而显著降低磁性能。本发明步骤:将成分为RxFeyBz的合金,其中R为稀土Nd或Pr元素,其中x:4-10,y:78-88,z:6-18在合金真空中频感应炉中熔炼母合金,之后用熔体快淬法制得非晶态、纳米晶态或者非晶和纳米晶混合态的淬态合金,熔体快淬的线速度为10-50米/秒;在惰性气体保护下研磨至粒度小于80目的合金粉末;装入模具并预压成型,压力范围10-1000MPa;进行放电等离子烧结技术处理,烧结温度550℃-700℃,压力30-1000MPa,升温速率50-500℃/min,保温0-10min,降温速率50-200℃/min。本发明获得高致密度、晶粒小于100纳米以及高磁性能和高使用温度材料。
