Abstract:

本发明属于材料加工工程中的表面工程领域,主要应用于石油化工设备及零件的表面防护。目前耐蚀涂层大多用于解决高温冲蚀和高温腐蚀条件下设备表面防护问题,而在石油化工行业中很多设备和零件受到含有氯离子溶液的侵蚀,易发生点腐蚀,导致穿孔,引起泄漏、爆炸等事故。本发明的镍基电弧喷涂粉芯丝材,其特征在于,所述的药芯成分质量百分比:金属镍:56~74%;金属铬:21~40%;金属钼:5~9%;硼:2~6%;铝:2~4%。所发明的镍基电弧喷涂粉芯丝材,既解决高温冲蚀和高温腐蚀条件下的石油化工设备的表面防护问题,同时又解决设备和管道盐溶液离子点腐蚀的问题,其耐高温氧化性能、耐氯离子性能均好于高镍铬合金实心丝材PS45和Q235低碳钢。
