Abstract:

一种以半胱氨酸为偶联层铂金双金属电极催化剂及其制备方法,属于燃料电池材料领域。本发明提供的电极催化剂是在有机偶联层半胱氨酸上形成纳米级的铂金双金属粒子,且其中Au与Pt摩尔比为1~2∶1。其制备方法是将碳电极置于质量百分比为5%~20%的HNO3与20%~60%混合溶液中加热,清洗干净;将清洗后的碳电极上均匀平铺半胱氨酸溶液并烘干,烘干后浸入到等摩尔比的氯金酸和氯铂酸混合溶液中,加入抗坏血酸溶液,抗坏血酸与氯金酸的摩尔比为10~30∶1,放置至溶液由无色变为黑色,即得到本发明的铂金双金属催化剂。本发明的催化剂对于甲醇燃料电池具有良好的甲醇电催化性能。本发明适用于甲醇燃料电池的氧还原催化剂。
