Abstract:

采用填充焊丝的窄间隙铝合金激光焊接方法属于激光材料加工技术领域。铝合金对激光的吸收率低,焊缝成型差,焊接过程稳定差,易形成孔洞,产生热裂纹、气孔。本发明特征在于:焊接前,接头处预留1~10mm大小的间隙,激光与工件表面成30°~75°倾斜入射,焊丝垂直于工件表面或与工件表面法线夹角为15°以内送入上述间隙中,激光束熔化焊丝对该间隙进行填充,从而实现工件的联接。本发明还包括与焊丝同轴输送保护气;间隙的形式为带顿边的V型或U型坡口。本方法通过改变激光、焊丝和保护气的输入方式,大大改善了焊接过程的稳定性、对熔池实现了更有效保护,提高了加工效率。
