Abstract:

本发明涉及一种多糖的微波降解方法。该方法是配制多糖浓度为5~150g.L-1的溶液,加入酸,使多糖中酸的浓度为0.1~2.5mol.L-1;将该溶液置入微波发生器中,调节微波功率为50~300W,在10~90℃下进行降解,时间为1~30min;用碱中和多糖溶液至pH=7,用透析法除去生成的小分子盐类,冻干,得到低聚多糖。上述多糖选自植物、动物和微生物,其数均分子量为5KDa~2000KDa。植物多糖选自枸杞多糖、甘草多糖、虫草多糖、苦瓜多糖等;动物多糖选自壳聚糖、肝素;微生物多糖选自香菇多糖、黑木耳酸性杂多糖、茯苓多糖、裂褶多糖等。本发明工艺简单,流程短,成本低廉,污染小。通过该方法可以得到具有特定分子量区段的各种多糖,将其应用于临床,可以大幅度提高多糖的生物利用率。
