Abstract:

高通量聚氯乙烯共混分离膜及其制备方法属于种有机分离膜的制备领域。现有技术中PVC/PVP共混的膜性能是最佳的,但对基准物质的截留率相等的情况下纯水通量不如本发明制备的PVC/聚乙烯醇缩醛类高聚物共混膜。本发明特征在于,它由聚乙烯醇缩醛类高聚物或者卤烯-脂肪酸烯类醇解物与聚氯乙烯以质量比1∶9-9∶1共溶于质量百分比为66-87%有机溶剂,再添加质量百分比0.01-8%的无机添加剂或者质量百分比1-20%的有机添加剂溶解得到共混溶液后熟化、流延成膜、蒸发后放入凝胶浴中,自动剥离后得到高通量聚氯乙烯共混分离膜。本发明提高了PVC膜的亲水性,以及提高了对基准物质的截留率相等的情况下纯水通量。
