一种Ta2O5基透明陶瓷制品及其激光快速制备方法,属于陶瓷材料制备领域。该陶瓷由以下方法制备:将Ta2O5粉料或按化学计量配比92∶8混合的Ta2O5和TiO2粉料,在1200~1350℃预烧4.8~5.6小时,然后压成Ta2O5基陶瓷坯材;在50~90s时间内,采用功率密度800~1250w/cm2的激光辐照上述Ta2O5基陶瓷坯材,进行预热;上述预热结束后,采用功率密度4800~5700w/cm2的激光烧结30~50s后,试样冷却至室温。该Ta2O5基透明陶瓷(如图所示)密度高,最低相对密度大于97%,平均相对密度近似理论密度;所用原料粉可以为普通工业用粉料,工艺简化,能耗低、时耗小,大大节约制备成本。
