Abstract：
一种板料折弯机滑块的同步机构，属于板料加工 领域。它是由拉杆、两对等长连杆和两对等长摆杆构 成的双平行四边形同步机构。拉杆与两对连杆相连， 连杆另一端分别直接或穿过滑块固定于机身上，组成 一个平行四边形。摆杆一端与两对连杆相连。另一 端固定于滑块上，构成另一个平行四边形。连接件都 是外套轴承的锁轴。该同步机构仅在偏载下才受力， 从而减轻了零部件和导轨的磨损，提高了加工精度， 延长了机器寿命。
