Abstract：
一种粉尘、酸雾、酸气混合废气的净化工艺，特征 在于，它综合使用了麻石水膜除尘法。湿式水浴除尘 法和干法除雾吸附净化方法。工艺方法为，让废气先 经专为冷却兼起除尘作用的专用设备麻石水膜除尘 器进行冷却；尔后经专用设备湿式水浴除尘器除尘； 最后经专用设备吸附除雾装置，净化除酸雾、酸气后 排出。本发明的净化工艺不仅净化效率高，其除尘率 可达98～99％，对酸雾的净化效率可达99％。而且 具有安全可靠，节约水电，增加年回收率等特点。
