Abstract:
In this paper, an implantable optogenetics light source driving circuit system is developed to realize in vivo modulation of micro-neurons such as vision and hearing. First, a 4×4 LED light source array is designed; then a light source driving circuit is designed, which includes a band gap reference voltage source circuit and a low dropout linear regulator circuit; second, a single-point control circuit and a PWM control circuit are designed. The simulation results show that the system can realize the control of current, light intensity and other parameters of single-point and multi-point light sources, and through this effective and precise light source control can effectively stimulate the neurons of living organisms, and the light driving system designed in this system has certain guiding significance for the research of optogenetics applied to vision. © 2022 IEEE.
