Abstract:
This paper designs and studies the general structure of the forging production line based on CPS in view of the processing characteristics of multiple varieties and small batches of forging production. In the research process, the author built the CPS perception layer, network layer and control layer to improve the intelligent level of the production line of large-scale key bearing components, standard parts and structural parts of the aircraft. The author constructed a physical model of the host equipment for forging production in the CPS system, obtained production-related data of physical physical equipment through sensors, controllers, and collectors, and transmitted the data to the platform through multi-dimensional hybrid sensing and synchronous transmission technology. In the research process, the author uses artificial intelligence data processing technology to normalize and merge multi-source heterogeneous data and make decisions, and finally realize the feedback response to the decision through the end mechanical hardware such as controllers and actuators. © 2021 IEEE.
